Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under applicable law to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain all rights to the data you connect to or upload into the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Data and do not use it to train any model.

You are responsible for the legality of Your Data, including any third-party data you connect, and for having any necessary rights to provide it to us.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law, infringe any third-party right, or process data you do not have a right to process.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service's source code.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written authorization, or interfere with the Service's normal operation.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement with us.

The Service uses large language models to generate dashboards, SQL queries, and responses based on your prompts and Your Data. AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it for business decisions. The Service includes safeguards to prevent confabulation, but no AI system is infallible.

The Service is currently offered free of charge during a beta period. Paid tiers will be introduced in the future; you will be notified before any charges apply. We may change pricing on 30 days' notice.

You may terminate your account at any time via the application settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your account data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hanomina LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your home state], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.
