Questions we've been asked.

Is the free tier really free?
Yes. No card required, no trial countdown, no "free for 14 days then we charge you". The free tier is meant for small teams to use Hanomina indefinitely, including for production workloads.
What counts as an AI generation?
Each time the AI builds or edits a dashboard, or runs a one-off lookup query, it counts as one generation. Viewing existing dashboards costs nothing. Most active teams use 10-30 per week, so the 1,000-per-month beta cap is hard to hit. If you do, add your own AI key in Settings to bypass it entirely — you pay your AI provider directly and don't pay us anything extra.
When do paid plans launch?
When we have enough signal from real users about what to include. Probably a few months out. Pro will start at $30/mo (or $24/mo billed annually) and Team at $100/mo ($80 annual). Early free users will get a grandfathered discount when paid plans go live.
What connectors do you support?
All twenty-one are on the free tier: Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift, MotherDuck, DuckDB file, ClickHouse, Athena, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, DynamoDB, Google Sheets, Excel, CSV, S3 / Parquet, REST API, and SQLite. We don't gate connectors by tier.
Where is my data stored?
Account metadata (orgs, users, dashboards) is stored in Postgres on Neon (US East). Data you query lives in your own source — Hanomina doesn't persist query results between dashboard loads. AI prompts are sent to your chosen provider (Gemini by default, optionally Claude or GPT-5 with your own key). See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I cancel anytime?
There's nothing to cancel right now — the free tier is free. When paid plans launch, you'll be able to cancel from Settings at any time. No annual lock-ins.
